I Recently had the front and back of my house done by Robbie and his team at Modern Specialised Render and I couldn’t be more happier. From their initial quote to the job being finished they showed true professionalism and knowledge about exactly what was needed and the end result is truly fantastic.

They showed up on time every time and completed their works with no fuss at all right through to completion. The quality of the works is very impressive and I have had pretty much every neighbour comment how lovely the rendering looks and what a lovely colour. Robbie also helped me pick the right colour for the bricks and the look of the house and we are over the moon. I had quotes from other companies and these guys were spot on and cheaper than most but their quality is as good as you will get. I’ve never used them before but I would certainly use them again. I’ve already passed on their number to friends having the same done. Would highly recommend this company, they will put your mind at rest and you will be delighted with the outcome. I’m a very satisfied customer.

from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Robbie we agreed costs and made a date slot for work to begin on our Bungalow. the weather wasn’t on our side but Robbie kept me up to date as to when he felt work could start we are talking June 2021 very wet month as we all know. When work started i explained to Robbie i have an OAP next door and wanted as little disruption to him as possible Robbie’s guys were fantastic with him and all was good. the work carried out was of a very high standard and i just had the overwhelming feeling if there were an issue it would be sorted straight away no questions asked.
i couldn’t recommend this company high enough no complaints from my end.

Just recently had wall insulation and silicone render to the outside of my house. I did not know of any render companies and actually found Robbie on a google search. After reading the reviews I decided to contact Robbie for a quote. Best decision I made. I cannot recommend Robbie and his team enough. From the start to the finish Robbie was 100%. The entire process, from initial inspection and quote through to completion of the job, felt seamless. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Robbie and his team. He took time to explain the breakdown of his estimate and what work would be needed to ensure a satisfactory outcome – this included hacking off several areas of existing render, making good, etc., – as well as the likely time to completion. All of the team were experienced and competent. Attention to detail was apparent throughout. I was particularly impressed by the extent of preparation and the clean up at the end of the works. We live in a nice part of Benfleet in a Victorian end of terrace, ex- fishermen house. Unfortunately, the years took its toll. Bits of wall crumbling away. The ‘builder’ who lived here before us tried to patch the rendering with a mix of (what looked like) sand, flour, a couple of egg whites and maybe some water. Our home was beginning to look more like 10 rillington place. Even our cats were embarrassed! Then through a third party, MSR got on the case. Robbie and his lads pinned up insulating boards, squared off the entire building, re- designed all the outside sills, the guttering, rendered everything to perfection and painted the job in (our choice) beautiful sky blue. Robbie, Scott and all the other guys were wonderful and were also respectful to our neighbours concerns. Robbie even came back to replace stones on our side wall to finish the job perfectly. Every time I drive home now, I smile when I look at our home. Even the neighbours are smiling at us! Huge thanks to Robbie and his band of great guys.
I cannot recommend MSR enough. On a personal note..I truly suggest sky blue. It glows in the sunlight. Thanks Robbie.
