Work carried out quickly and efficiently as per work description. The team was friendly, helpful, considerate and professional to both ourselves and our neighbours. Excellent quality and our property was left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend Modern Specialised Render to anyone requiring similar work.

I Recently had the front and back of my house done by Robbie and his team at Modern Specialised Render and I couldn’t be more happier. From their initial quote to the job being finished they showed true professionalism and knowledge about exactly what was needed and the end result is truly fantastic.
They showed up on time every time and completed their works with no fuss at all right through to completion. The quality of the works is very impressive and I have had pretty much every neighbour comment how lovely the rendering looks and what a lovely colour. Robbie also helped me pick the right colour for the bricks and the look of the house and we are over the moon. I had quotes from other companies and these guys were spot on and cheaper than most but their quality is as good as you will get. I’ve never used them before but I would certainly use them again. I’ve already passed on their number to friends having the same done. Would highly recommend this company, they will put your mind at rest and you will be delighted with the outcome. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Reliable and Professional Render Company
We would highly recommend MSR… Robbie and his team they have done an excellent job rendering our renovated house. Every member of the team was polite and professional working hard to keep the area clean and tidy and protecting all our newly installed windows .
Communication was excellent throughout. A brilliant job at a competitive price has created a contemporary look to our tired 1950’s house.

from start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Robbie we agreed costs and made a date slot for work to begin on our Bungalow. the weather wasn’t on our side but Robbie kept me up to date as to when he felt work could start we are talking June 2021 very wet month as we all know. When work started i explained to Robbie i have an OAP next door and wanted as little disruption to him as possible Robbie’s guys were fantastic with him and all was good. the work carried out was of a very high standard and i just had the overwhelming feeling if there were an issue it would be sorted straight away no questions asked.
i couldn’t recommend this company high enough no complaints from my end.
